TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(A) Pricing
(i) Special discount for NAFA students only applies during the sales period, from 15th Dec 2023 to 31st Jan 2024.
(ii) Prices shown are after discount and inclusive of GST.
(iii) Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

(B) Exchange and refunds
(i) Items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
(ii) Should there be any defects kindly contact us at 67461919 and provide details of the defects within 7 days upon receiving the goods.

(C) Delivery
(i) Delivery fee of $4.99 will be applicable for orders below $50.
(ii) Items will be delivered within 7-14 working days upon confirmation. (Excluding Sat/Sun/PH).
(iii) Redelivery of un-delivered items is chargeable at $4.99. Kindly contact us at 67461919 for scheduling of re-delivery.

(D) Payment Methods
(i) Payment can be made via Credit Card, Paypal and Stripe.

(E) Self-Collection
(i) Collection date and time will be sent via WhatsApp.
(ii) We do not accept walk-ins to our warehouse to make any purchases.
